The new Athletic Performance Center and Integrated Parking Facility in Piscataway, NJ will be home to the men’s basketball, women’s basketball, men’s gymnastics, women’s gymnastics and wrestling programs. The game-changing 134,000 SF facility will include state-of-the-art team locker rooms, practice venues, strength-training, sports medicine suites, coaches offices, dining facility, meeting rooms and retail space. The complex will also include a 173,000 SF 574-car garage.
With its decades-long long record of successful projects KMS was selected over several other competing firms. The project will be fast-tracked with an accelerated schedule and KMS will manage the bidding, construction, and post-construction phases. KMS’s services will include bid document coordination, bid evaluations, construction logistics, scheduling, change orders, quality control and managing the Architect/Engineer and General Contractor contracts.
