City Council approves selection of Maser Consulting to develop and draft the Redevelopment Plan. Draft plan approval expected by December 2014.

City confirms intent to introduce the draft plan in Council in Jan 2015.

Maser completes draft Redevelopment Plan.

Council Subcommittee and administration continue discussing and reviewing draft plan and directing revisions by Maser
Oct 2015
Council subcommittee holds postal site informational open house to sample public feedback on visual images of various types of hotels that might fit on the site.
Nov 2015
Maser revises draft plan. City commits to the plan being introduced in Council in Jan 2016.
Feb 2016
Subcommittee meets with Maser to discuss element s of the plan.
Mar 2016
Maser directed to do supplemental study on Postal parking and traffic and availability of private parking. Otherwise draft plan is done.
April 2016
Maser postal supplemental study award approved by Council. Report due by next Council mtg.
June 2016
Maser completes supplemental study. Council Subcommittee meets to review and discuss.

Council Subcommittee meets to further review and discuss.
